Our Inspections
A full visual inspection is a complete, non-invasive assessment of the property’s accessible areas. During this process, the engineer examines all key elements of the home — including internal walls, floors, ceilings, windows, doors, drainage points and pipe penetrations. Fixed appliances such as boilers, cylinders and AC units are visually checked, as well as grouts and sealants in kitchens and bathrooms. The inspection also reviews the plumbing system, the electrical consumer unit, mechanical ventilation and the condition of external walls. This thorough visual check helps identify visible signs of wear, moisture, deterioration or installation issues before you commit to the purchase.
